After being an Airbnb user for nearly a decade and 100+ nights, my wife and I decided to open up our recently built carriage house to guests (and not just our in-laws). We hope to incorporate all the best qualities we have experienced over the last decade into our first STR property!

Ball Arena (Nuggets, Avs), Mile High (Broncos), Coors Field (Rockies), LoHi, RiNo, Highlands, downtown Denver, and Red Rocks are all within a 5- to 20-minute walk or drive.
Quick access to I-70 lets you head up to Vail or Winter Park for skiing or hiking in 75 to 90 minutes.
Easy access to Boulder and Golden to enjoy the foothills or maybe the Sundance Film Festival.
